What am I up to?

Heading up a Design team at NBCUniversal, the global creative agency for Ad Sales. Overseeing all creative on cross media partnerships across the NBCUniversal portfolio .

The devil is in the detail…

  • Leading a team of designers and web developers producing cross media creative campaigns. 

  • Supervise and manage creative output.

  • Conduct regular proactive and creative brainstorming sessions resulting in media first concepts and products.

  • Creating insight driven brand building ideas that include suitable products and platforms whilst maintaining a strong strategic plan.

  • Branding projects.

  • Redesigned the new production workflow.

  • Developed campaigns in accordance with the brands’ voice, client brands’ positioning and channel appropriateness

  • Product development.

Notable Achievement

  • Creative direction in mental health campaign: “Where’s Your Head At?” – 200,00+ signatures nationwide media coverage and debated in parliament.

What led me here

Design Director, RAPP 2021-2022

Leading on marketing campaigns for notable clients including TV Licensing, Ralph Lauren and Paypal.

Notable Achievement

TV Licensing marketing campaign winning Creative circle award and Gold at the DMA Awards

 

Head of Design, Bauer Media, London – May 2016 - October 2021

Produced cross media content for all of Bauer media’s commercial branded content. 

 

Notable Achievement

Achieved a media first for branded content with the first shoppable video with Adidas and Grazia

 

Freelance Art Direction – 2015 – 2016

Cross media campaigns for brands at various London agencies including Intro for Nike and CultLDN for Rimmel London

Co-Founder I Heart Studios – 2008 – 2015

 

  • Managed a new venture, supervising creative output of the studio of over 100 clients ranging from small new designers through to luxury and high street flagship companies

  • Successfully scaled the business at a rapid rate and adapted workflow and journey map

  • Implemented bespoke production software in partnership with Run my Process for high volume turnover of image processing

  • Created branding and quality control documentation

  • Examined briefs and conceptualised creative photo shoots in studio and on location

  • Art directed creative campaign shoots in studio and on location

  • Supervised all post production work and trained the team of 12 re-touchers and 6 image co-ordinators
